What is a Doula?

A trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to individual before during, and after childbirth. Unlike medical providers, doulas do not perform clinical tasks but instead focus on offering guidance, reassurance and advocacy to ensure a positive birth and postpartum experience.

Can I choose between in-person and virtual support?

Absolutely! We offer both in-person and secure virtual sessions to meet your needs.

Is the virtual platform secure?

We use a HIPPA-compliant virtual service to ensure your privacy and confidentiality during online sessions.

Do you collaborate with other professionals?

Yes! We believe in a holistic approach to support and are open to working with other healthcare professionals. In addition to collaboration, we are willing to give additional referrals as needed.
